In making these forms which involves sometimes finding and editing them, using templates I’ve accumulated or editing forms i’ve been party to it is clear that one agreement doesn’t cover all situations.
This month I include two different license agreements.
This one is for someone who is going to license a piece of software and put it into another piece. For example, what if you created an app but needed to use someone else’s software to make it work:

This license agreement is if someone is going to create something for you and you’re going to use it for personal or commercial uses:
I had a client give me an Ambassador Agreement as they were going to represent a company. But the agreement was totally one-sided. Among other things I suggested we add an ethics clause. You don’t want to be an Ambassador for a company that ends up stealing from it’s customers. In that case you need an exit in the Agreement. This is that exit:
This is a simple consulting agreement for people who have a very professional business. The kind where you’d wear a tie to a meeting. It’s not as colloquial as I do, but some like it:
