Best Way To Grow Your Nashville Area Business Today

If they don’t know you exist, how are they going to talk about you? No one is going to grow your business better than you. Make sure you’re leading the charge!

This is our favorite activity to do with clients, because I know 3,000 people talking about you is better than just you and us.

So, I’m looking for every person on the planet who could mention you IF they just knew about what you do.  To start I need a list. I can’t reach out to you 3 times, 3 different ways if I don’t have you on a list. So for each client (and sometimes each product) we make a “Universe List”.  Who makes up the Niche Universe for this thing. So we start creating a list of all these (in all the big English speaking countries):

1. The authors of books on the topic

2. All the conferences where the topic is relevant and then the speakers at those conferences.

3. Every newsletter that this niche subscribes to

4. All the related podcasts / podcasters

5. The physical niche stores that carry these types of books

6. The museums that celebrate this niche

7. The book clubs and book club retreat hosts who could be interested

8. The niche associations

9. The awards given for this

10. The lawyers who’ve represented clients in the niche

11. The holidays

12. The hashtags the niche uses

13. The Youtubers/TiToks and Influencers

14. The Goodreads reviewers who read these books

15. Radio Shows about the topic

16. Fulfillment centers who have niche related clients

17. The wealthiest person in the niche

18. The collectors

19. Any related songs? Musicians?

20. The companies that sell products that service the niche / The ETSY sellers who do the same

21. The people who have created courses in the niche

22. The Mentors who sell services and maybe a membership

And then we create a plan to reach them all a variety of ways.  If the people in your world don’t know you exist, how do you get traction?  But if they do know about you, your product or your service, they might:  Mention it on a podcast Sell your book as an Amazon affiliate in their newsletter

Tell their hair dresser

Have you as a guest on their podcast

Get a photo with you at a conference

Reference you in a book or article

So many things . . .

But it starts by you making sure the entire, relevant world knows what you have built.

Best regards,

Dan R Morris
